В следващите три дни Враца ще бъде домакин на младежки форум под надслов „Youth Mind Exchange“. Събитието се провежда в напълно обновената зала на Младежкия дом – където е новата БАЗА 2 на Младежкия център.
Събитието откри кметът Калин Каменов, който пожела на участниците ползотворна работа и ги призова да бъдат част от положителното развитие на своите градове.
Заместник-кметът Александър Владимиров благодари на всички, които са участвали в реализирането на проекта BGLD - 1.003 - 0004 "Младежки център Враца - фактор за развитие на Северозапада", финансиран чрез Финансовия механизъм на ЕИП 2014-2021 г.
На форума присъстват представители на всички младежки центрове – новоизградените (Габрово, Бургас, Перник, Монтана) и съществуващите (Враца, Стара Загора, Пловдив и Добрич), представители на всички заинтересовани страни – местна власт, местни младежки организации, младежи и доброволци за мащабен обмен на младежки идеи и опит и добри практики в полето на младежката работа.
В следващите дни ще се дискутират темите: „Младежко образование“ и „Устойчиво лидерство“. Участие ще вземат и представители от младежки център „FITT“ – Тимишоара, Румъния, които са проектен партньор на МЦ – Враца от стартирането на проекта през 2020 г. Те ще представят резултатите от 3 годишното сътрудничество между двата центъра и създаденият в резултат на тази усилена съвместна работа наръчник за младежко участие „Participatory arts”.
На официалното откриване на събитието присъстваха още: заместник-кметът Цветан Стойчков, Елена Милошова – главен експерт дирекция „Външни европейски програми“ в образователното министерство, ръководителят на център „Европа директно“ – Враца Мария Панайотова, представители на Бюро по труда и местни институции.
